PLANS FOR ACTION

Plans for action should involve no more than two skills and should conform to a simple list of“shoulds”
and “should nots.”

Plans need to be put together by people who are disciplined and ready for organized action. Use power and authority objectively, and influence others using optimism that targets the upside of the learner´s self-confidence.

Items in the action plan should be behavioral and measurable, and they should describe specific actions they will take that will lead to a change in behavior.

Through adoption of a coaching management style to engage and mobilize people, the collective intelligence of employees at all levels is embedded in the corporate culture.  Teach people to better act in ways that show integration, meaning, purpose, high awareness, responsibility, belief, passion and joy in fullfillying their work and this will transform your organization into one where transactions are carried out which complement management objectives.
